Life Sciences at McMaster University
Strengthening scientific reasoning, quantitative skills, literature analysis, and clear communication.
Life Sciences (Honours) student at McMaster University with a 12/12 GPA. I am building strong foundations in biology, chemistry, physics, psychology, and mathematics while staying open to research questions across health, life science, and community-focused work. Alongside my studies, I co-founded MOVE and develop its application software and research foundation.
Strengthening scientific reasoning, quantitative skills, literature analysis, and clear communication.
Developing the application end to end and translating research into product decisions and user experiences.
Selected work connecting research, software development, and product design.
MOVE is a student wellness application that brings movement, mood check-ins, journaling, evidence-informed skills, campus community, and routes to real support into one connected experience. I develop the application software end to end and connect the research foundation to the product.
A completed literature review examining evidence relevant to MOVE and the relationship between movement, student mental health, and evidence-informed wellness design.
A few hikes I have enjoyed and would recommend.
Rocky trails, river views, and enough elevation to feel like a proper day hike.
Escarpment trails, limestone cliffs, forest, and several worthwhile lookout points.
A convenient Hamilton-area option with waterfalls, escarpment views, and straightforward planning.
